TOWN OF HERMAN, Wis — Two women are displaced after a fire in the Town of Herman in Shawano County.
The fire broke out Sunday night around 9 p.m. Gresham, Pella, Shawano and Stockbridge Fire Departments responded to the fire and put it out around 11:30 p.m. Officials say the fire started in the garage and spread to the home leaving the home and garage a total loss. The fire then rekindled Monday morning at 4:30 a.m. Gresham and Pella Fire Departments responded the second time and put out the fire around 7 a.m.
The Chief with the Gresham Fire Department says they'll remain on scene for part of the morning to watch for hot spots.
