OUTAGAMIE COUNTY (NBC 26) — The mother and brother of the Fox River Mall shooting suspect won't immediately face charges.
Ralph Ellis and Shirina Willis were arrested Tuesday for allegedly harboring and aiding a felon. On Thursday afternoon, the Outagamie County District Attorney’s Office said the State will not be filing charges at this time against the two.
Dezman Ellis, the suspect accused of shooting and killing a young man during a fight at the Fox River Mall on Jan. 31, has been arrested and is facing charges in the case. A cash bail bond of $1.5 million was set for him earlier this week.
