OSHKOSH (NBC 26) -- Two 12-year-old boys were among a group taken into custody in an Oshkosh robbery investigation, according to police.
Oshkosh Police said officers were notified of a robbery on the 600 block of North Main Street early Friday morning. Police said several boys approached a victim, pointed what looked like a gun in her face and took her purse.
Police said five people were arrested following an investigation. Four of those taken into custody include a 14-year-old boy for robbery, a 15-year-old boy for party to the crime of robbery, and two 12-year-old boys for party to the crime of robbery. Police also said a 44-year-old man is being referred to the District Attorney’s Office for the charge of obstructing.
Oshkosh Police said a BB gun was found during the investigation.
Police also said there may be more victims in this case. Police are looking to speak with a victim who was approached in the 500 block of Division Street. Police said the victim in this case fell to the ground, had a gun or facsimile firearm pointed at his head and his wallet was stolen.
Other victims were described by police as a male and female also approached on the 500 block of Division Street. Police said the male victim was pepper sprayed.
