GREEN BAY, Wis. — Funnel clouds, damaging rains, golf-ball-size hail, and downed power lines are all part of the latest damage reports from Wednesday's torrential downpour.

As of 8:00 pm multiple streets are closed due to flooding. E Mason street and Oneida in Green Bay are flooded and impassable. Also, Shawano Ave, Cass St. and Military Ave are flooded.

Chief Meteorologist Cameron Moreland says up to ping pong size hail and golf ball size hail have been reported in Oconto County.

A 70 mile per hour wind gust was reported in Oshkosh at 8:10 Wednesday night. Multiple reports of trees down in the Berlin area after a 60 mile per hour wind gust blew through, knocking down trees in the area.

Cameron says a flood advisory is in effect until 10:45 in northeast Wisconsin.

If you see flooding in your area do not drive through it.

According to the National Weather Service, more deaths occur due to flooding than any other thunderstorm related hazard.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report that over half of all flood-related drownings occur when a vehicle is driven into hazardous flood water.
