NEENAH (NBC 26) — Neenah Police said a third person has been arrested in connection to a homicide that happened April 17.
On May 10, the Neenah Police Department executed a search warrant at a place on Elm Street in Neenah. Police said investigators had developed information for the April 17 homicide in the City of Neenah that led them to this address.
Police said the resident, Charles W. Hoofman, was taken into custody for his alleged involvement in the homicide.
A recommendation for charges has been sent to the Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office for Hoofman.
