OSHKOSH, Wis. — The Oshkosh Area School District invites all students and their families to attend the 5th Annual Oshkosh College Night on Tuesday, April, 16. Students will be able to learn more about going to college and how to get the most out of their experience.
Doors open at 5 p.m. starting with the College Fair, followed by a presentation at 5:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Oshkosh North High School.
The College Fair will feature booths set up by several colleges and universities. Students and parents will be able to visit with representatives, ask questions and get campus and program material.
The College Night presentation will also provide information about the college search process. In addition, higher-education representatives will talk about four-year University of Wisconsin options, two-year University of Wisconsin options, four-year private colleges, and technical colleges.
All students are welcome to attend; however, this event is geared towards Oshkosh high school students, especially sophomores and juniors, and undecided seniors, as well as their families.
The Oshkosh North High School Counseling Department is putting on the event. For more information about College Night, you can contact Oshkosh North High School Senior Counselor, Andrea Holdorf, at andrea.holdorf@oshkosh.k12.wi.us.
