OSHKOSH (NBC26) — A 17-year-old boy is in custody in Oshkosh for First-Degree Attempted Homicide in connection to a shooting.
That shooting happened Saturday in the 600 block of Franklin Street.
Police say it appeared to be an isolated incident, and the victim should be all right.
An investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information should reach out to the Oshkosh Police Department.
