ASHWAUBENON (NBC26) — Tired of virtual walk-throughs and digital tours? Starting this weekend, Titletown Homes will be open for the public to check out -- in-person. While you'll be able to get a peak inside the new builds, Paul DeLeers, Vice President of DeLeers Construction, says the Covid-19 pandemic has been tough, challenging their industry.
"I think one of the key components is really having our own teammates help us find our new teammates," said DeLeers.
And though it's been hard, it was important to have Titletown Homes be a part of the Brown County Home Builders Association's Fall Showcase, said DeLeers. If you're in the market to bow, now's the time -- as interest rates are low.
"A lot of people that are looking to find that home-away-from-home so to speak so they might live in a big city but they're looking for that home that might be on the bay of Green Bay or on the Fox River," said DeLeers.
And even if you're not in the market to buy, or remodel, you can still come out to check out Titletown Homes and dozens of other properties.
"If you just love to watch home improvement shows, you're not interested in buying you're not remodeling but you just want to see what the trends are or you just want to get out of the house for a little while I highly encourage you to go it's entertaining and it's fun," said Niki Petit, Vice President of Business Development for Insight Creative.
People will just need to get creative this year and take away ideas from homes they visit, said Petit.
"If you go to a home and you feel like it's too busy you could just continue on your way to another home that maybe doesn't have as many people," said Petit.
The showcase kicks off this weekend. The dates and times are:
Saturday September 19th: 10am to 4pm
Sunday September 20th: 10am to 4pm
