GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay Police are handling what's now being called a civil custody issue between parents, after it was originally thought to be an abduction.
Officers said a man called police Saturday and said that his granddaughter was abducted by her father.
Officers then found that child safe with the father, and this is now being handled as a custody issue.
