GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- A familiar statue has a new home.

The “Loggers” exhibit has arrived at the Neville Public Museum. “Loggers” is a steel sculpture showing one man driving a team of two horses. Transporting a log.

It's a depiction of the 19th century logging era in Wisconsin. The sculpture was gifted to the museum by Associated Bank.

"I'm hoping people come and take their picture with it and share it,” said Beth Lemke, the Executive Director of the Neville Public Museum . “Communities that have public art that are publicly accessible like this, they share that, and that spreads word and that makes people want to be downtown Green Bay and see all the things that are offered."

The sculpture was first installed on the city’s east side outside Associated Bank over 40 years ago.
