State officials announced Tuesday a settlement with the ticket broker StubHub, regarding the company's refusal to pay refunds to Wisconsin consumers for canceled events.
Wisconsin was joined by nine other states and the District of Columbia in a multistate resolution with the company.
Last March, StubHub stopped honoring its refund guarantee and instead told customers they would receive account credits.
StubHub later reversed its decision.
