GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — The Primary Spring Election takes place tomorrow, Tuesday, February 17.
While not everyone will need to vote in this primary, certain races—like Oshkosh City Council and Door County Supervisor—will use this election to narrow down the candidates for the Spring Election on April 7.
