Armando Rodriguez has been found safe, authorities said in an update on September 22.

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (NBC 26) - A silver alert has been issued for 68-year-old Armando Rodriguez.
He is described as Hispanic, 5'6" and 190 pounds, and with white hair and a beard.
He was last seen on the 4700 block of Hunters Glen Drive in Sheboygan, just after 9 p.m. Sunday night. Before he went missing, he was seen with a woman police say may be his sister.
Armando is unable to read or write and has a history of Alzheimer's.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheboygan County Sheriff Department.
