A Silver Alert has been issued for Maynette Jutila, who is missing from Sturgeon Bay, according to the alert.
The 71-year-old woman was traveling to ThedaCare in Neenah to visit a family member, and was last seen Thursday afternoon on Lake Street in Two Rivers, the alert said.
Jutila has a history of memory loss, the alert said, and was driving a silver Chevrolet HHR with Wisconsin plate APW1128.
