WINNECONNE (NBC 26) -- A Silver Alert has been issued statewide for a missing man named David Biggar.

David is driving a 2015 Black Dodge Ram 2 door 1500 Pickup, WI license plate 24315DS Truck; no topper, with a winch on the front bumper and a tubular grille guard.

Authorities said David is a white man, 6'02" 260lbs, with blue eyes, gray medium length unkempt hair, scruffy unshaven. He was last seen wearing an inside out navy blue cargo shorts, long sleeve gray sweatshirt and possibly brown button up shirt. It's possible he may not be wearing shoes.
