A Silver Alert has been issued for a Washington County woman who may be traveling to Sheboygan.
According to authorities, her husband stated that around noon on Saturday, his wife Kathleen Collins drove away and has not been heard from. She has her dog with her which is a white Maltese. She may be traveling to Sheboygan to visit a previous address on Lenz Court or to visit her deceased father in a cemetery.
Kathleen is driving a 2018 Silver Mercedes S560, FL license plate HYBZ24. Anyone with information is asked to call Washington County Sheriff's Office at 262-335-4434.
