FOND DU LAC, Wis. — Fond du Lac police are asking for the public's help to find a man they say is armed and dangerous.
They searching for 25-year-old Muhomed Elmhdati. He is wanted in connection with a shooting and armed robbery in Fond du Lac Tuesday afternoon.
Elmhdati is described as a white man last seen wearing a dark multi-colored jacket. The suspect was last seen driving a newer model gray Ford Escape. It has a design that looks like "eyes" on the front.
Police say they were called just after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday to Division St. and Lincoln Ave. where they found a 25-year-old victim shot in the leg. That person was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
