BROWN COUNTY — A Shiocton woman is accused of supplying a fatal dose of opiates to her brother.
53-year-old Jody Guyette appeared in court Tuesday. She faces reckless homicide charges in Brown County.
Court documents allege she bought oxycodone for her brother, Peter Condradt, while she visited Mexico last November.
The criminal complaint says Conradt had been out of work due to a back injury he sustained while on the job. He had been dealing with back pain.
His body was found in his garage last December. An autopsy determined he died of an overdose.
Guyette will be back in court in August. The criminal complaint says she could face up to 40 years in prison if convicted.
