SHEBOYGAN (NBC 26) — Law enforcement are investigating an armed robbery that happened Saturday around 5 p.m.

Sheboygan police said the armed robbery happened at the Minit Mart located at 1006 Geele Ave.

Officers reported the male suspect approached the register to make a purchase and produced an object believed to be a weapon. He demanded cash from the register then fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

The Sheboygan Police Department said no injuries were reported. The suspect is unknown and remains at large.

Officers described the suspect as a black male in his late teens to early 20's. He is between 5'8" and 5'10" with an average build.

According to officers, the suspect was last seen wearing dark gray shoes, light gray sweatpants, and a black t-shirt with "Black Panther" in white letters accompanying a picture. He also had on a dark colored baseball cap with a red brim and white lettering along with a red face mask.
