SEYMOUR, Wis. — Seymour will be the place to be this weekend for the 31st Annual Burger Fest on Saturday! The free event gets started Friday with the 19th Annual Balloon Rally.
Eighteen hot air balloons will take flight from the Rock Ledge Park near Rock Ledge Elementary School at 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday night. Once dusk sets in they will set the balloons up for a "Balloon glow".
There are several events scheduled for Saturday including a Bun Run, Kids run, parade, a burger-eating contest, car show and so much more.
On Saturday morning, hot air balloons will ascend around 6 a.m.
All the meat for the burgers at Burger Fest was donated by American Foods Group. Various local charities benefit from the weekend festival, including the Breath of Life Foundation and the Seymour Historical Society.
