OUTAGAMIE COUNTY (NBC 26) — A semi-truck turned on its side Monday in Outagamie County. WisDOT now says all lanes of traffic are now open.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says both northbound lanes of Highway 47 at I-41 were previously blocked due to a crash.
