GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — There has been a great need for help in 2020.

This holiday season organizations are answering that call. The Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay is ready to distribute Christmas gifts to the community.

They'll be able to give to about 5,000 children.

“It's always fun. It's a lot of work to get things set up and organized, and a lot of prep that goes into it, but when you get to the days that you distribute and see families come in and get the things that they need, it's really heartwarming,” said Salvation Army Marketing Coordinator Nicole Hanley.

All kids will receive more than one gift.
