MALONE, Wis. (NBC 26) -- Fall is right around the corner and that means taking in all of the fall family-fun favorites.
The Little Farmer located just of U.S. 151 in Fond du Lac County has been around for more than a hundred years and has more than 100 acres of land with 20 of those acres fill with pumpkins and apples.
Known for their caramel apples and apple pies, but also for the memories and the timeless tradition of picking your own apples and enjoying a day on the farm.
This year, unfortunately due to the coronavirus pandemic, they have had to make some changes. The playground and kids garden are closed and they will not be offering weekend hayrides, farm tours or weekend entertainment, but guests can still feed and pet the animals on the farm, enjoy pick-your-own apples and get lost in the corn maze.
Masks are required inside any of the buildings on the farm. If you would like to order any goodies, but have a health condition or do not feel comfortable going inside, The Little Farmer is offering curbside pickup.
Every year there are several school farm tours. In-person farm tours will not be happening this year, but you can still take your class virtually to the farm. Teachers can email alicia@mytlf.com for more information.
There is no admission fee to The Little Farmer.
