MANITOWOC (NBC 26) — The S.S. Badger will be arriving in Ludington late Friday evening, according to a post on the Lake Michigan car ferry's Facebook page.
The post says there "was/is" a water emergency in the harbor in Manitowoc. The boat has been asked to stay put for the time being.
