GRAND CHUTE (NBC 26) -- It's the day after Christmas, and for many, that means a day of returns.
Experts say 3 out of 4 people got at least one gift this Christmas that they want to take back. Stores at the Fox River Mall in Grand Chute were busy Thursday with shoppers looking to return or exchange gifts.
"There's a lot of gift cards being done today,” said John Burgland, the General Manager of Fox River Mall. “Traffic is very good today, this is normal traffic for the day after Christmas. We have Friday and Saturday will also be very good, and then it will quiet down."
He estimated hundreds of thousands of shoppers visited the mall this holiday season.
