ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (NBC 26) -- A local small business is opening a new facility to hold customized dog training sessions in Ashwaubenon.
Practical Obedience Custom Dog Training has been training dogs since 2013 trough in-home visits.
They're opening their first facility at 901 Parkview Road.
They'll also debut their new Puppy DaySchool program. It is a six week program for puppies under 14 weeks.
The puppies get dropped off every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for key puppy training and socialization activities.
Owners also receive three in-person coaching sessions and a puppy gear package.
Practical Obedience has put in place strict safety precautions at the new facility to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
They will have mask requirements, social distance markers and curbside drop-off and pick-up for training sessions.
They will also provide virtual-only training.
