The Marinette County Sheriff's Office is investigating a possible animal abuse case.
A county highway employee witnessed a cat come out of a truck on Highway 41 near the Schacht Road exit.
The cat survived but was injured and taken to a veterinary clinic to be treated.
He is a 2-year-old domestic short-hair.
Deputies shared photos of the truck believed to be involved.
The truck didn't stop when the cat came out of the window.
