GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay Police are warning the public of a phone scam involving their K9 Pryo, a police dog who recently survived a stabbing.
Police say some people have received a phone call, soliciting donations for K9 Pyro. Police say Pyro was stabbed by a suspect during an arrest on Sunday.
Police want the public to know they will not ask for donations over the phone.
