GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — UPDATE: A portion of Shawano Avenue has reopened this morning after Green Bay police say they were responding to an "active incident."
An officer on scene said police were helping with a multi-jurisdictional investigation, and that resources from several neighboring sherff's offices were brought in to help.
Green Bay police initially reminded people to avoid the area this morning, while saying there was no immediate through to the public.
