SHEBOYGAN (NBC 26) -- A 16-year-old is dead and a 15-year-old is facing charges after an apparent shooting.
According to Sheboygan Police, officers and EMS responded on Nov. 28 to a residence in the 4500 block of South 18th Street in Sheboygan for a report of a gunshot with injuries. A 16-year-old boy was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
As a result of an investigation, police say a 15-year-old boy has been referred to juvenile authorities for homicide by negligent use of a dangerous weapon.
Police continue to investigate.
