UPDATE: Matthew Glocke has been located and is safe, police say.

OSHKOSH (NBC 26) -- Oshkosh Police are searching for a missing man who is reportedly without his needed diabetic medication.
Police said 28-year-old Matthew Glocke was last seen Thursday at about 9 a.m. in the 1300 block of Congress Avenue wearing camouflage pants, a black jacket and black work boots. He also had a black and camouflage shoulder bag.
Glocke is described as a white man who is 5’9” tall, 170 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.
His disappearance does not seem suspicious at this time and he may be in the Appleton area. Those with information regarding this incident are asked to call the Oshkosh Police Department at 920-236-5711.
