Oshkosh Police say man dies after disturbance at a home

UPDATE: Oshkosh Police said the 57 year old man who was hospitalized due to injuries from this disturbance has been identified as Jerome Wallin.

Police said Mr. Wallin was pronounced dead this morning as a result of his injuries. An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday at the Fond du Lac Medical Examiner’s Office.

Oshkosh Police said this investigation is still ongoing.

OSHKOSH (NBC 26) -- Police are investigating a "disturbance" that led to one person being arrested, sending another to the hospital.

It was reported Friday night at a home on the 800 block of Mallard Avenue.

According to Oshkosh Police, a 34-year-old man was taken into custody for Substantial Battery. Additionally, two other people are facing possible charges; a 57-year-old man for Battery and a 54-year-old woman for Disorderly Conduct.

Oshkosh Police said the 57-year-old man was taken to a local hospital for his injuries.
