OSHKOSH (NBC 26) -- Oshkosh Police are investigating a suspicious incident where someone pushed a person to the ground and then fled.
Police said it happened near Nevada Avenue and Menominee Drive at around 1 p.m. on December 8th. Police received information that a female had been walking/jogging in the area when a male approached her and pushed her to the ground.
Oshkosh Police said the male then fled the area. Police describe him as a younger African American, wearing a red sweatshirt, dark colored sweatpants. He had a green backpack and may have been riding a bike.
No one was hurt and nothing was stolen.
