OSHKOSH (NBC 26) — Oshkosh Police received information indicating that a deceased person might be located in the 100 block of High Avenue in Oshkosh, the information was correct.
In a release from the Oshkosh Police Department Facebook page, Officers located a deceased person in the 100 block of High Avenue at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, August 13, after receiving a tip that a person might be deceased.
The person has yet to be identified.
The incident appears to be isolated, and it is not believed that the public is in danger.
There is no further information at this time and the death is under investigation.
