Oshkosh Police investigating a shot fired at a house

OSHKOSH, Wis. — Oshkosh Police are investigating a weapons complaint after a bullet reportedly hit the side of someone's house.

Police officers responded around 2:10 p.m. Monday to the 1600 block of Oak St. where police say several people saw a red van and a silver car driving recklessly. A homeowner in the area told police had heard a possible gun shot and discovered a bullet hole in the side of his house after the van and car had driven past his home.
