WINNEBAGO CO. (NBC 26) — Friday, law enforcement said they arrested an Oshkosh man for his fourth OWI.
The Wisconsin State Patrol Fond du Lac Post said its troopers found a gray Jeep Wrangler parked in traffic on Green Valley Road near Woodenshoe Road around 3 a.m.
Troopers identified the driver as 45-year-old Scott Claussen of Oshkosh. They said upon approaching the vehicle Claussen showed signs of impairment.
According to State Patrol, field sobriety tests were attempted with Claussen only being able to complete one.
Troopers said they took Claussen into custody for Operating Under the Influence on a fourth offense while he was under a .02 BAC restriction.
