OSHKOSH (NBC 26) — Police in Oshkosh are investigating a shooting outside a bar.
It happened around 12:45 Friday morning near the French Quarter on High Avenue.
Officers responded to reports of multiple gunshots. There are no known injuries, and one person is in custody.
