Authorities have identified the officers involved in a death in Fox Crossing earlier this month.

According to the Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), officers went to a home in the 800 block of Grove Street in the Village of Fox Crossing, on the evening of Tuesday, January 21. It was in response to a request to execute an outstanding arrest warrant for a suspect and search warrant of the home.

Upon arrival, authorities with the DOJ say Rory J. Behling, age 32, was found outside of the home with a firearm. Three SWAT team members fired their weapons.

The three officers were identified Friday:

SWAT Team Leader Justin Englund, 17 years in law enforcement;
SWAT Operator Kyle Schoonover, 10 years in law enforcement; and,
SWAT Operator Seely Moe, 21 years in law enforcement.

The officers have been placed on administrative leave, per department policies. DCI is leading this investigation.
