GREEN BAY — Leaders in Green Bay unveiled a new space Tuesday, designed to help local entrepreneurs.

The Urban Hub has reportedly been a work in progress for nearly six months. It's a co-working space for both entrepreneurs and remote workers in downtown green bay.

Many leaders were at the unveiling Tuesday, including Senator Cowles and Mayor Genrich

The Startup Hub, powered by the Greater Green Bay Chamber, is now operating and managing the Urban Hub, the former T2 Accelerator.

Startup Hub and Urban Hub Manager Ron Franklin said there are many great services at the Urban Hub, like extremely high-speed Internet. It's affordable for companies and even people just trying to get their business started.

"Because we're not a fixed location in terms of capacity size offices,” Franklin said. “So, we don't have dedicated offices currently, we're not restricted on how many people we can have."

He says it's more of a nomad space so people can come and go as they please.

Franklin said there are more things in the works for the future.
