APPLETON -- Friday gave the public a first glimpse of the new Amtrak thruway buses.
The new service adds two daily round trip buses between Green Bay and Milwaukee with stops in De Pere, Appleton, Oshkosh and Fond Du Lac.
Riders can then easily connect to and from Chicago using the Amtrak Hiawatha trains.
