Neenah Police investigating suspicious incident

NEENAH, Wis. (NBC26) -- Neenah Police are investigating after a suspicious incident Wednesday afternoon.

Police were called to Washington Avenue and Elm Street at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday. A witness told police a woman, who was driving a truck, stopped on the street and a man got out and began yelling at two juveniles on the sidewalk. The man who yelled at the young people reportedly whistled loudly and yelled, "come here."

A running coach was able to take the juveniles to a safe location.

The two people in the truck are described as a man, roughly in his late 30's early 40's. The woman is believed to look younger than the man and has brown hair. She was wearing it up in a ponytail at the time of the incident. The vehicle is described as an older style truck, tan in color with a truck cap. The color of the cap is unknown.
