GRAND CHUTE (NBC 26) — Two more people have been arrested in connection to the fatal Fox River Mall shooting, Grand Chute Police announced Wednesday.
Police said Shirina H. Willis and Ralph W. P. Ellis were arrested in Oshkosh and booked in at the Outagamie County Jail on the recommended charge of Harboring and Aiding a Felon. Police said they were arrested without incident.
The accused shooter in the case, Dezman Ellis, is already facing charges for the Jan. 31 fatal shooting at Fox River Mall. He is accused of shooting and killing Jovanni Frausto inside the mall during an argument.
