GREEN BAY, Wis. (NBC26) -- Misfit Mutts Dog Rescue was started by six founders in December 2018. The goal is to find the perfect forever home in a safe community where dogs will never be abandoned or go hungry again.
The non-profit recently acquired its first free standing building at 991 N. Military Avenue where they can now house dozens of dogs at a time to help them find homes.
