GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Titletown Office is filling up.

Titletown Development LLC, the real estate development arm of the Green Bay Packers, has announced plans for Miron Construction to open an office at Titletown Office, which the firm is currently building.

Miron, a longtime construction partner with the Packers, has done extensive work at Lambeau Field and Titletown, including much of the ongoing work at Titletown. Miron will occupy part of the third floor of the building, nearly 23,000 square feet.

“After serving as the construction manager on the project, we are thrilled to officially put down roots in Green Bay,” said John Murphy, senior vice president, Green Bay operations.

“We’re pleased to have Miron Construction join us at Titletown Office,” said Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy. “They’ve been a big part of bringing to life our vision not only for Titletown, but for Lambeau Field as well, and we look forward to them continuing their growth as a company here in the Greater Green Bay area.”

In addition to Titletown Office, another approximately 100,000 square feet of future development is envisioned. Concepts being considered include retail, health and wellness, food and beverage, and entertainment.
