KESHENA (NBC 26) -- Authorities are searching for a 22-year-old woman who has been missing since June 16.
According to a news release from Menominee Tribal Police, family of Katelyn L. Kelley say it's unusual for her to be gone for a significant amount of time.
Katelyn is described as a Native American, being around 5’2” tall, weighing 140lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair.
Authorities say Katelyn was last seen on June 16 at approximately 10:30 p.m., on the Menominee Indian Reservation, in the area of County Highway VV (East) and Silver Canoe Road. Katelyn was reported to be walking eastbound on County Highway VV towards the Village of Keshena. Katelyn was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, black swimsuit type top, blue jean shorts and black flip-flops.
Police have been searching since she was reported missing June 18. The Menominee Tribal Police Department has followed up on numerous tips involving Katelyn’s possible whereabouts, but have not been able find her.
