GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region says the Donald Tilleman Memorial Bridge (Mason St./WIS 54) in downtown Green Bay will be closed next week for maintenance.
The bridge will be closed to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3. According to WisDOT, the city of Green Bay will be conducting routine maintenance on bridge lights and roadway. Crews will also be working on the lift span during the closure.
As a detour, drivers can use the Walnut Street Bridge or Main Street Bridge to cross the Fox River.
The maintenance operations are also dependent on the weather.
