GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Every year Elevate97 creates artwork to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and distributes the posters to Green Bay schools. This year they decided to create a mural of the artwork and install it in a school.
Sullivan Elementary School students created a video to pitch why they should have the art installed in their school. The mural was installed Friday during Black History Month.
