TOWN OF BEAVER (NBC 26) — A barn in Marinette County was deemed a total loss after it caught on fire Thursday evening, according to the Pound Volunteer Fire Department.
Firefighters said they were called at around 5:35 p.m. for a barn fire at what is known as the "old Girl Scout camp" in the Town of Beaver.
The barn was deemed a total loss. According to firefighters, the fire spread and destroyed the structure quickly due to tires, gas and propane inside the property.
