MANITOWOC (NBC 26) -- Starting Oct. 19, the Manitowoc Public Library said it will be temporarily closed.
The closure is due to public safety concerns and staffing shortages, the library says. Curbside service will be available during all library operating hours.
There is currently no set date to reopen.
