MANITOWOC (NBC 26) -- Police are offering a reward in a case of vandalism at the Rollaire Skate Center in Manitowoc.
Manitowoc Police shared images related to the vandalism on their Facebook. The incident was reported September 22.
Police said a suspect was identified as a white male, possibly in his late teens or early twenties, wearing dark colored shorts and latex gloves. The suspect was seen walking up to the area where the building was spray painted.
